Hummus

 Bin Inn Bin Inn Hummus no tahini IG

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Cooked Chickpeas (plus water for soaking)
  • 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tsps Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Clove Garlic,chopped 
  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Chopped Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak chickpeas in water overnight.
  2. Boil until they are soft.
  3. In a food processor,mix all the ingredients and blend until they form a smooth paste.
  4. Gradually add some of the water used for soaking according to the consistency preferred.
    Store in refrigerator and then serve with crackers or as a dip.
