Toor Palak Dhal (Dhal Curry)

 Bin Inn Toor Palak Dhal

INGREDIENTS

225g Toor Dhal
220g Can Coconut Cream
75ml Water
1 Onion-finely chopped
1 Clove Garlic-crushed
1/8 tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
1/4 Tumeric
Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash the dhal.
  2. Simmer in water along with onion, garlic, tumeric & chilli, until dhal is tender.
  3. Add coconut cream & reheat.
  4. Add salt, pepper, cumin, stir well and serve.

Hints:
Stiry through spinach or silverbeet before serving.
